Michiel Hogerhuis

Michiel Hogerhuis (1974) is a senior executive in Human Resources with a Business Administration degree, change management career and years of experience working with Olympic athletes and coaches. This makes him a seasoned CHRO who understands the business, knows how to build international HR strategy, organisation and practice, and grasps what people need to be engaged and to achieve top performance.

After years of experience as a consultant, he worked in all HR disciplines before taking leading roles in the biggest transformations in the history of two famous Dutch brands. Michiel is an inspiring leader, who knows how to connect people and build teams.
